Who Am I?

I’m a Building Electrical Engineer juggling blueprints, deadlines, and way too many coffee cups. Lately, though, I’ve been dealing with something unexpected: brain fog.

Not the kind you sleep off — I’m talking about that mental cloud that slows your thinking, zaps your focus, and makes even simple decisions feel like pushing through molasses. It’s weird, frustrating, and honestly, a little scary when your brain doesn’t show up to work — even when you do.

As someone who relies on sharp thinking and clear problem-solving every day, this fog has forced me to ask tough questions:

  • Is it burnout or something deeper?
  • Could my diet, sleep, or screen time be sabotaging me?
  • Is there a smarter way to care for my brain like I care for the buildings I wire?

This page is where I explore those questions — and maybe find better answers. If you’ve felt the same mental haze creeping in, let’s talk. What helped you find clarity again?

Follow along as I share what I’m trying, learning, and questioning — not as an expert, but as an engineer who’s tired of feeling like his brain’s running on backup power.
